UK-based Team Designs Under-mask Cover 'Singh Thattha' For Bearded Doctors
To maintain religious beliefs and professional ethics at the same time, a UK-based doctors' team has invented an under-mask beard cover called 'Singh Thattha'. The invention will let doctors from Sikhism, Islam, and Judaism cover their bearded-face and maintain religious sentiments while working as a frontline worker. Earlier, bearded doctors faced issues in wearing a respirator mask as it had risks of leakage. Reportedly, 25 of 27 bearded doctors successfully completed the trial phase.
