Union Health Ministry Issues Revised Guidelines Of Home Isolation For COVID-19 Patients

The Union Health Ministry, on January 5, issued a revised guidelines of home isolation for COVID-19 patients with mild symptoms/asymptomatic. Nearly, 93% people of India, affected with COVID-19 are said to be asymptomatic or with mild symptoms. In addition, the issued guidelines came at a time when the nation is witnessing a massive surge in COVID-19 cases along with threat of its new variant, Omicron.
