United States Witnesses Highest Children Hospitalisation: COVID-19

United States is averaging 893 new hospital entries each day for children aged 17 years and under, as paediatric hospitalizations pertaining to COVID-19 are at the highest level. However, some children were admitted for other causes, but tested positive for COVID. The country witnessed over 90,000 hospital admissions for children, from August 1, 2020 to January 13, 2022. Officials said, children hospitalizations would increase more in coming weeks.
