Unlock 4.0: No Need to Obtain E-pass for Travelling in Personal Vehicle

As per the 'Unlock 4.0 guidelines' issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on August 29, there will be no need for a movement pass or special permission for inter-sate or intra-state travel. The guidelines stated that people would not have to obtain e-passes for travelling in personal vehicles. However, those traveling by trains and flights will have to follow the latest standard operating procedure (SOP) issued by the government.
