US Prez Lauds Increased Appointments Of Indian-Americans At Key Posts
US President Joe Biden, addressing the scientists involved in the successful NASA's Perseverance mission, lauded the increased appointments of Indian-Americans at the key posts in his government. Noticeably, Biden administration has appointed at least 55 Indian-Americans, ranging from Vice-President Kamala Harris to NASA speechwriter Vinay Reddy. While nearly half of them are women and are working in the White House, many have been appointed at strategic positions including in the National Security Council.
