Using Bluetooth Devices While Driving Is Restricted: Bangalore Traffic Police

According to the traffic police of Bangalore, using headphones, earphones or other bluetooth devices for communication while driving will attract fine. The department stated that first-time violators will be fined Rs 500 and second-time violators Rs 1,000. "Use of gadgets that divert the attention while operating a vehicle is restricted," said Joint Commissioner of Police BR Ravikanthe Gowda. He further stated that using phones at signals is also restricted.
