Uttarakhand Minister Harak Singh Rawat Likely To Join Congress

Uttarakhand Minister Harak Singh Rawat walked out of a state cabinet meeting on December 24. According to sources, the BJP leader was in touch with Congress and had several meetings with MLA Pritam Singh. Notably, In the 2014 general elections, Rawat was a Congress candidate from Garhwal. It is said that the leader was upset by government inaction. In 2017, Harak Singh Rawat joined the BJP.
