Vehicle Cyber Security Team Finds Bugs in Mercedes-Benz E-class
At least 19 security bugs in the Mercedes-Benz E-class car were found by a team of researchers from Sky-Go, a Chinese vehicle cyber security unit. The security bugs may let hackers easily access the car including the likes of opening the doors or starting the engine remotely. The researchers estimated that these problems could affect almost two million Mercedes-Benz connected cars in China. Reportedly, Mercedes-Benz has fixed the vulnerabilities.
