Video Shows UP Men Smearing Paint on a Pinned Down Monkey: Four Arrested

In an alarming video that is being spread across social media, a few men from Uttar Pradesh are shown torturing a monkey by pinning it down using ropes and smearing black paint all over it. They then let the monkey escape, only to follow it. Four people have been arrested by the UP Police with a Rs. 60,000 fine after an FIR was filed by local forest department officials.
