Vidya Balan's Natkhat Nominated For Best Short Film In Oscars 2021

Marking her strong production debut with Ronnie Screwvala, actress Vidya Balan's Natkhat has earned a nomination in the Oscars 2021. The 33-minute film has qualified in the Best Short Film (Live Action) category. The movie has already won the German Star of India award at the Indian Film Festival Stuttgart. Natkhat's story revolves around a mother who tries to guard her son against society's patriarchal and misogynistic mentality.
