Vodafone Idea Pays Additional Rs 1,000 Crore To Government

As per the Supreme Court's (SC) order on July 18, Vodafone Idea as part of their Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) dues, has paid an additional amount of Rs 1,000 crore making the total payment of Rs 7,854 crore. Earlier the company had paid Rs 6,854 crore in 3 tranches to the DoT (Department of Telecom). The Supreme Court's hearing on the case is scheduled for July 20.
