"What Delhi Did Yesterday, America Does Today" : CM Arvind Kejriwal

After the US decided to use plasma therapy to treat COVID-19 patients, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted,"What Delhi did yesterday, America does today." Reportedly, the Kejriwal government was the first in India to seek approval from the Centre for the trials of plasma therapy. Besides, the Delhi government had successfully launched its first "Plasma Bank" last month, at state-run ILBS hospital, for treating COVID-19 patients.
