WHO Confirms Traces Of Indian Variant Of Coronavirus In 44 Countries
The World Health Organization on May 12 claimed that Indian variant of the coronavirus, B.1.617, has been found in 44 countries across 6 WHO regions. The health agency also said that Britain has reported the most number of cases of the Indian variant so far. Moreover, B.1.617 has been added to the list wherein three other deadly variants, found in Britain, Brazil, and South Africa, have already been mentioned.
