Youths Should Take Regular Checkups To Avoid Complications, Suggests Expert
Physician Dr Mukesh Budhwani recommends regular checkup among youngsters to track silent and asymptomatic chronic diseases at their earliest. Warning that diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, liver-kidney problems, indigestion, migraine and depression are inherited, Budhwani says their effects can be reversed if traced earlier. The Pune-based expert hopefully adds that 80% cases before 32 year age can be reversed with appropriate medication. Apart from checkups, Dr Budhwani suggests people to change lifestyles, include exercises and avoide processed foods.
