Rajasthan CM Announces Free Bus Service For Woman
Ashok Gehlot, the CM of Rajasthan, announced a special offer for female citizens of Rajasthan. Marking the International Women's Day, the Congress-led Government announced free bus travel for a day to all women. The service started on March 7, and will continue till March 8. Announced on Holi, it will be of maximum benefit to those who are travelling after celebrating the festival of Holi-Dhulandi

Australia Reports Hindu Temple Vandalism Incident By Khalistanis
In Australia, another incident of Hindu temple vandalism was reported on March 4. Notably, Shree Laxmi Narayan Mandir (Temple) in Brisbane's Burbank suburb was vandalised by Khalistani groups, causing distress to the local Hindu community. TSRTC Announces Ladies Special Buses, Marks International Women's Day
On the occasion of Women's Day, the Telangana Government-led TS Road Transport Corporation (RTC) announced a special ladies' bus. On March 4, the TSRTC introduced the 'Ladies Special' daily bus, for girl students and women passengers from various places to the city outskirts. The bus services will be from Uppal to Bogaram via Ghatkesar, Bogaram to Secunderabad via Ghatkesar, LB Nagar to Ibrahimpatnam and Ibrahimpatnam to LB Nagar.

Karnataka To Have India's First Marian To Boost Coastal Tourism
In order to boost coastal tourism in Karnataka, the BJP-led State Government is going to construct India's first Marina which will be constructed at Byndoor in the Udupi district. On February 26, Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai confirmed the same and said, " it is proposed to take up beach tourism in coastal areas and pilgrim tourism." The decision was taken after seeking all the necessary permission from the GoI.

Karnataka Girls Move SC, Seek Permission To Sit For Exams Wearing Hijab
Once again Karnatak Hijab-Row came to the limelight after Karnataka girl students moved the Supreme Court (SC) seeking permission to wear 'Hijab' during exams. On February 21, a group of students moved the top court, demanding urgent hearing as the university pre-exam will begin from March 9. The SC assured to for a bench to review the matter. Last year, the Karnataka Government banned wearing Hijab at educational institutions.

Church Torched In MP Village, Case Registered Against Unidentified Goons
A group of unidentified people torched and defiled a church in Madhya Pradesh's Narmadapuram district, confirmed police on February 13. Sources said, locals found burnt furniture inside, walls blackened with smoke from the fire, and 'Ram' written on the wall inside the Christian prayer hall in Chauki Pura. The incident trigger outrage amongst the Christian community. Furthermore, a case was filed under Section 29 of the IPC.

Islam Is Oldest Religion In India, Says Muslim Body Head
Maulana Mohammad Madani, the president of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, claimed that Islam is the oldest religion in India and the country belongs to him as much as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagat. On February 11, Madani raised his voice against forced religious conversion and took a dig against the BJP-led Government and RSS. He also claimed how people are being jailed in false conversion cases.
