McDonald's Serves Coke With Dead Lizard In Ahmedabad; Manager 'Laughs' & Offers Refund
A man found a dead lizard in the coke he ordered at McDonald's in Ahmedabad. Upon complaining to the manager, he "laughed and offered a refund" of Rs 300, instead of taking any action. Also, the customer stated that the staff threatened to call the cops, if they don't leave. Reportedly, the outlet has been sealed by the food and drugs department after a complaint was lodged.

Cashew Shaped Eggs Laid By Karnataka Hen Goes Viral, Stuns Internet
In Karnataka's Laila village, a hen led some 10 cashew-shaped eggs. The bizarre incident left villagers stunned, and also went viral on social media platforms. When asked about the reason, the owner of the hen Prashanth said, “After three continuous days of abnormally shaped eggs, we took the hen to the vet. Apparently, there is some issue either with her shell gland or there are worms in her reproductive organs".

The incident occurred in the Naisarai locality, when a cousin of the bridegroom opened fire with a country-made firearm, injuring Ayan. Reportedly, Ayan was rushed to the hospital, but died on the way. The body has been sent for post-mortem, and a case has been registered against Kamran, the accused.

Skeletons Of 282 Indian Soldiers From India's First War Of Independence In 1857 Found
Punjab University's Assistant professor in Department of Anthropology Dr JS Sehrawat, on May 11, said that skeletons of 282 Indian soldiers have been found during the excavation near Amritsar. Reportedly, the skeletons belong to the soldiers who participated in India's First War of Independence, in 1857. "These soldiers were revolting against the use of pork and beef greased cartridges," said professor Sehrawat.

Relatives Carry Patient To Doctor's House In Stretcher For Being 'Absent' To Hospital
