Parents Stages Protest Against Management Of MN English High School
In Maharashtra's Goregaon region, the police had to be summoned when the parents protested against the reported refusal of the management to provide them with leaving certificates and report cards of their children. The MN English High School many parents started a protest against the management, and filed a complaint of mental torture aginst the management with the police. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

In an official notification, the registrar released the academic admission for Jamia Millia Islamia University and Central University. The academic calendar of the Central University, 2023-24 was released, according to which, the admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes will begin on April 12 and till July 31 2023. Lawyers With 10 Years Experience Are Eligible For Consumer Commissioner Post: SC
In good news for lawyers with bachelor's degrees, the Supreme Court (SC) paved way for them to be appointed as consumer commissioners. With this, lawyers who have an experience of 10 years are eligible for appointment as President and members of State and District Consumer Commissions. Judgement came on March 3, upholding the Bombay HC verdict, of quashing the rule, saying 20 years of experience needed for the appointment.

20 Year Old B.Tech Student Stabbed To Death
In a shocking incident, a 20-year-old student studying B.Tech at Patiala's Punjabi University was reportedly murdered with sharp weapons. On February 27, the Punjab police has reached the spot and an investigation in the matter is on. The police identified the victim as Navjot Singh, who was stabbed brutally after a clash between two college student groups. The opposition BJP leader took a dig and criticised Mann-led AAP government.

Warangal Medical Student Who Committed Suicide Dies At NIMS
Medical student D Preethi, who committed suicide a few days back, died at NIMS Hospital in Hyderabad. After battling for life for five days, the girl took her last breath on night of February 26. Notably, the first-year PG student took the extreme step after being harassed by a senior SA Saif. The accused has been arrested and an investigation is underway. Meanwhile, last rites are scheduled today.

Iranian Girls Given Poisoned Water To Stop Education
In order to stop girls going school, thousands of girls were poisoned, in Iran. On February 26, Iranian deputy minister Youns Panahi said "some people" were poisoning schoolgirls in the holy city of Qom with the aim of shutting down education for girls. Iran is facing protests after 22-year-old's death, which was under custody for violations of strict dress code of women in Iran, causing issues for girls.
