2020 Northeast Delhi Riots

Charges of rioting, dacoity and attempt to murder have been filed against three persons, for allegedly using a sword in the 2020 Northeast Delhi riots. An FIR was registered after the victim's father Jafar Jiya filed a complaint. The accused have been identified as Vinay, Rahul and Sourabh Sharma. "I do find a prima facie case against all three accused persons," said the judge.
