AAP Convenor Arvind Kejriwal is going to announce CM candidate for Goa Assembly elections 2022. On January 19, the Delhi CM will visit Panaji and announce the CM Face, for the single phased Goa Assembly elections, scheduled on February 14. Notably, political parties will contest for 70 assembly seats in Goa. With the intensified door-to-door campaign, the AAP is said to be a strong contender for the Assembly elections.

During a campaign in Goa, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed AAP as the ''most honest party''. He further added, The raids instructed by BJP led PM Narendra Modi, had failed to find evidence of wrong-doing against our party. Accusing the BJP of taking bribes, to fill government posts and positions, he assured if his party came in power they would offer ''equal opportunity'' and form an honest party. 

Delhi's air quality was reported to be improved marginally as the air quality reached the 'very poor' category. Reportedly, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in the national capital was recorded at 386 (overall) on November 14 as per the System of Air Quality Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR). To tackle increasing pollution, Delhi Chief Minister announced a 'pollution lockdown' from November 15.

Delhi's air quality was recorded to remain in the "severe category" with Air Quality Index (AQI) registering at 436. Reportedly, the city's air quality deteriorated to hazardous after the night of Diwali. AQI in certain regions was reported to cross 600 in the city, according to the reports. Besides, the continued stubble burning in the nearby states will further keep the city in a hazardous category, say reports.
