In Delhi Assembly, Amanatullah Khan (49,) the MLA of Okhla constituency,  is facing ED raids in money laundering case. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA's premises is being raided, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Delhi Police arrested Hamid Ali, the close aide and business partner of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatulla Khan, under the Arms Act. The arrest came a day after MLA Khan was arrested in connection with the Delhi Waqf Board Corruption Case, after an intensive search (raid) by the Anti Corruption Bureau. Moreover, Hamid Ali was also arrested after ACB raid, following which weapons with Rs 12 lakh recovered.
