Oscars 2021: 'Nomadland' Wins Best Picture Award; Chloe Zhao Best Director
At the 93rd Academy Awards on April 25, director Chloe Zhao's 'Nomadland' bagged the Best Picture award. Besides, the movie also won Zhao the award for Best Director, making her the first Asian woman and second woman ever to win in this category. Moreover, Daniel Kaluuya won the Best Supporting Actor for 'Judas and the Black Messiah' while Yuh-Jung Youn won Best Supporting Actress for 'Minari'.

Oscars 2021: Riz Ahmed Becomes First Muslim In 'Best Actor' Category
British actor of Pakistani-descent Riz Ahmed created history as he became the first Muslim actor to secure a 'Best Actor' nomination for his role in movie 'Sound of Metal'.
