A major fire was reported from Bengaluru's Sarjapur road on March 9.  The fire was reported after a Twitter user, shared visuals of the incident. In the video, the blaze erupted in a building near Kaikondanahalli lake, and now is being circulated on Twitter. Furthermore fire tenders rushed to the spot and launched rescue operation and are trying to douse the fire.

Nine workers were injured in an accident at Steel Melting Point -2 wing of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam region. The incident happened due to the burnt the conveyor belt. In addition, of the nine injured, five sustained serious injuries and were taken to Seven Hills hospital and the other four workers were shifted to steel plant general hospital for treatment.

Vande Bharat Express running between Mumbai Central to Gujarat's Gandhi Nagar met with an accident, on October 6. The incident occurred when a herd of buffalos came on the railway track, following which the driver lost control. Moreover, the front engine was damaged and left many injured. Upon hearing about the accident, PM Narendra Modi took to Twitter and condemned the tragic accident, and also wished for a speedy recovery.

In Uttarakhand's Pauri district, heavy casualties were feared as a bus carrying around 45-50 members of a marriage party fell into a gorge in the Bironkhal area of Uttarakhand's Pauri district. The incident happened on the evening of October 4, the disaster control room confirmed. Notably, the bus was on its way to a village in Bironkhal from Laldhang when it met with the accident near the Simri bend.

In Maharashtra's Navi Mumbai region, a four-storey building collapsed, at 10:30 pm, on October 1. The unfortunate incident killed one person, following which the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, City Police and fire brigade, rushed to the incident spot and launched a rescue operation, in the Bonkode village, Navi Mumbai. "About 32 people staying there had come out before the collapse, investigating underway," said Purushottam Jadhav.
