Shiv Sena Leader Sanjay Raut Remarks Against Modi In Adani Row
Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut Wednesday seconded Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s claim that all the wealth of industrialist Gautam Adani belongs to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “I agree with Kejriwal’s statement. All the money which is with Adani in fact belongs to PM Modi and it needs to be probed…Adani is being protected because of all that …During his chief ministership… Adani’s empire came into existence," said Raut.

SC Forms 5-Members Committee To Investigate Adani Row

We Want Complete Transparency Into Adani Row, Rejects Centre's Suggestion: SC
The Supreme Court (SC) reviewed the ongoing Adani V/S Hindenburg issue, on February 17. The Top Court during its proceedings rejected the 'sealed cover' suggestion of the expert panel. The court asked for transparency into the matter and said, "We will not accept the sealed cover suggestion by you because we want to maintain full transparency." Furthermore, the SC bench reserved its order on the appointment of a committee probe.

Congress Leader Approaches SC, Seeks Probe In Adani Row
Congress leader Jaya Thakur on Tuesday approached the Supreme Court seeking investigation against the Adani Group, amid stock fraud and manipulation. On February 14, Jaya Thakur approached the Supreme Court to supervise the probe by the independent agency. The plea also seeks a probe into the role of LIC and the SBI for allegedly investing huge amounts of public money in the FPO of Adani Enterprises.
