Rahane, Pujara May Find It Tough To Bat In WTC Final: Saba Karim

Former cricketer Saba Karim stated that the World Test Championship Final against New Zealand will be a tough task for the two Indians Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara. “There is no domestic multi-day cricket happening in India currently, so they have not got many chances to sharpen their skills,” he added. The WTC Final to be played between India and New Zealand in Southampton, England, from June 18.

Rahane's Name Inscribed On MCG Honour Board For 2nd Time

After a match-winning century against Australia in the Boxing Day Test, India's stand-in captain Ajinkya Rahane's name has been inscribed in the prestigious Melbourne Cricket Board honours board for the 2nd time. Rahane became the second Indian cricketer to achieve the feat after M.H. Mankad in 1948. Earlier, he had also won the inaugural Mullagh Medal after selected as the player of the match.

India Beats Australia In Boxing-Day Test; Levels Series 1-1

India has defeated Australia by 8 wickets at the historic boxing-day Melbourne test. Chasing a 70 run target on the fourth day, Debutant Shubman Gill and skipper Ajinkya Rahane - the man of the match- led India to victory.
