Goa Gets India's First Alcohol Museum Dedicated To Local Drinks
India's first alcohol museum named ''All About Alcohol'' set by a local businessman, Nandan Kudchadakar, has been opened in Goa's Candolim. Kudchadarkar said we want to make the people aware of Goa's rich heritage and ''feni'' which is a strong local drink. He further stated that there is absolutely no museum in the world dedicated to alcohol so ''I decided to set up India's first museum dedicate to alcohol here''.

Study Finds 7.4 Lakh Cancer Cases Worldwide Owing To Alcohol Consumption
A global study predicted that alcohol consumption has allegedly caused over 7.4 lakh cancer cases across the world in 2020. Reportedly, 4% of the total number of cancer cases is associated with alcohol consumption. The study reported that 77% of men suffered from cancer as compared to 23% of women owing to alcohol consumption. Breast, liver, and oesophagus cancers contributed to the largest number of cases.

US Company Pays $20,000 Salary To Dogs For Tasting Brew Beer
US-based 'Busch Beer' has initiated an application for dogs to fill in the position of 'Chief Tasting Officer' for its brand new dog brew beer. While offering a whopping salary of $20,000, the canine would be entitled for a slew of perks including pet insurance and free dog beer. Moreover, the company is conducting a nation-wide contest. Russia: 7 People Die As They Consume Hand Sanitisers Instead Of Alcohol
After consuming hand sanitiser in absence of liquor, at least seven people lost their lives and two others were in coma in Russia. As reported by The Moscow Times, all the nine people ordered a 5-litre sanitiser tank from a grocery store after they ran out of alcohol. With 69% methanol, the sanitiser acted as a poison for them as anything above 30 grams of methanol is toxic to humans.
