Akshay Kumar starer recent release "Samrat Prithviraj' will be streamed on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, from July 1. The historical drama is based on king Prithviraj Chauhan, and was released theatrically on June 3, will be available on Prime in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Yash Raj Films, this is the third film being streamed on Amazon under the YRF-Amazon Prime license deal.

'The Family Man' Season 2 Faces Backlash From NTK Leader Seeman

Tamil nationalist party ‘Naam Tamilar Katchi’ leader Seeman has called for the ban of the Prime Original "The Family Man" saying that the show has portrayed Lankan Tamils inaccurately thus tarnishing the community's image. Seeman said that the Tamil Eelam struggle has been cheaply portrayed with an intention to harm the image of the community.
