The trailer of Amazon Prime's latest web series 'Tandav' was unveiled on January 4. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the political drama features Saif Ali Khan and Dimple Kapadia in lead roles. Besides, the series features Zeeshan Ayyub, Sunil Grover and Gauhar Khan among others. The trailer showcases how people from diverse backgrounds interact in their struggle to take the Prime Minister's throne. The series will premiere from January 15.

Mirzapur 2: Makers Apologise For Wrong Depiction Of Book 'Dhabba'
After facing accusations from Hindi author Surender Mohan Pathak over the wrong depiction of his book in 'Mirzapur 2', the web-series' creator released an apology statement. Four More Shots Please! Receives Award at International Film Festival
Prime Video’s Four More Shots Please! Season 2 has been honoured at 2nd Asian Content Awards 2020, a part of Busan International Film Festival 2020. Cast members Kirti Kulhari, Maanvi Gagroo Sayani Gupta, and Gurbani Judge received the Best Rising Star Award. Produced by Pritish Nandy Communication, it is the only Indian series to win at the awards.

Kunal Khemu, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee to Star in Amazon's New Web Series
Amazon Prime Video has signed Kunal Khemu and Pankaj Tripathi to play the lead roles in their new web series titled 'Ashwalinga'. The project will be bankrolled by the makers of Family Man, Raj & DK. The show will be a satirical comedy, set in the times of 'Kama Sutra' and will also star Abhishek Banerjee. Directed by Rahi Anil Barve of Tumbbad fame, the series will explore folklore and mythology.

Amazon Prime Video Releases Teaser of Mirzapur 2
Amazon Prime Video, on October 2, released the teaser of its much-awaited series Mirzapur 2. The teaser shows Guddu Bhaiya, played by Ali Fazal, planning to avenge the deaths of his brother Bablu (Vikrant Massey) and wife Sweety (Shriya Pilgaonkar). It also features Munna (Divyendu Sharmaa) and Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) in the background. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and Mihir Desai, the season will premiere on October 23.

Amazon Prime Video Uploads Mirzapur Season 1 On Youtube For Free
Amazon Prime Video has uploaded the entire first season of 'Mirzapur' on their official YouTube channel for free. The surprising move came before the launch of the second installment of the show. Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have produced the series. Reportedly, the new season will be showcasing fresh characters as well. The second season will premiere on October 23.

Amazons' upcoming Series 'The Desert People' Will Feature Iraqi Immigrant
Hollywood actors Alia Shawkat and Natasha Lyonne are working on a series called 'The Desert People', for Amazon Prime. The story features an Iraqi man running a Gentleman's club in California. Reportedly, Shawkat and Lyonne will develop the story, act and also produce the series at the same time. Maya Rudolph, Danielle Renfrew Behrens, and Dianne McGunigle will serve as an executive producers in the series.
