National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) dismissed Amazon's appeal against CCI's judgment on June 13. The CCI suspended two-year-old permission for Amazon's deal with Future Coupons Pvt Ltd (FCPL) in December, claiming that Amazon had withheld information when seeking clearances for the transaction at the time. Out of 1000 start-ups that applied, from over 150 cities in India, 16 have been selected as finalists for Amazon's second season of Global Selling Propel Accelerator (AGSP), on April 14.
