Govt Issues Orders, Appoints IAS Parameswaran Iyer As NITI Aayog CEO
Parameswaran Iyer, the former Drinking Water and Sanitation Secretary is now the new CEO of Niti Aayog, confirmed Union Government on June 24. He will succeed Amitabh Kant, whose tenure is scheduled to end on 30 June, and will hold the position for two-years. "The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Parameswaran Iyer, lAS (UP:81), Retd. as Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog," read order.

India Is Experiencing Massive Digital Transformation: Amitabh Kant, CEO Of Niti Aayog
Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant stated on May 23 that India is undergoing a big digital transition. According to him, the number of startups in India has increased from double digits to tens of thousands as a result of the Startup India movement. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the appearance of unicorns was extraordinary, he claimed. He also urged international investors to invest in India's economic narrative.

NITI Aayog Proposes Online Redressal System To Settle Disputes
