Ananta Deb Adhikari

TMC legislator Ananta Deb Adhikari has been booked for allegedly slapping a journalist, Somnath Chakraborty, on January 5 after the latter wrote news report on the former's criticism of Zila Parishad. As per Chakraborty, he was attacked during a gymnasium's inauguration in Mainaguri ares of Jalpaiguri district.
