UK's Andy Murray withdrew from the ATP Cologne 2 tournament in Germany on October 19 citing a lingering pelvic problem. The 33-year-old shared the news after losing to Fernando Verdasco in the first round of the event. Switzerland's Stan Wawrinka defeated Britain's Andy Murray 6-1, 6-3, 6-2 in the first round of the French Open on September 28. Murray, who entered the tournament with a wild card entry, played on the claycourt after three years. French Open 2020: Tennis Star Andy Murray Receives Wild Card Entry
British Tennis star Andy Murray received the Roland Garros wild card entry into the French Open. He is the only non- french player among the eight to receive free pass for the main draw of the clay Grand Slam.
