Manikarnika fame Ankita Lokhande is to tie knot with Vicky Jain in Maharashtrian tradition on December 14.  Ahead of the big day, the couple is to host a grand cocktail party on December 13 night. Bollywood rapper Badshah will be performing for the couple at the event. Television celebrities, friends and family are going to attend the event, celebrating big day of bride to be Ankita and groom Vicky. 

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was again brought to the news-world as his picture with Ankita Lokhande and on-screen son Soham from TV serial Pavitra Rishta was featured in a Bengali textbook. The picture in the book, shared by Sushant's friend Smita Parikh, depicted "how a perfect family and a perfect father looks like". The pictures have surfaced just ahead of Sushant's first death anniversary in June 2021.

Actress Ankita Lokhande shared the copies of her bank statements on social media after reports claimed that her flat EMI was being paid by the late actor and ex-boyfriend, Sushant Singh Rajput. The report stated that installments worth Rs 4.5 crore were being paid by the late actor for an apartment the actress was said to be residing in. She posted her bank statements, claiming that she has been paying the installments.
