Taking to his Twitter handle, Modi said, "Remembering our valorous heroes who we lost on this day in Pulwama. We will never forget their supreme sacrifice. Their courage motivates us to build a strong and developed India." February 14, 2023 marks the fourth anniversary of the Pulwama Terror attack, in which 40 CRPF soldiers sacrificed lives.

Biden, Harris To Deliver Remarks On 'January 6 Attack' On US Capitol

US President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris will deliver "remarks on January 6", to mark the one-year anniversary of the "January 6 attack" on the US Capitol. The remarks will come alongside a slate of events prepared by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to commemorate the insurrection, including a moment of silence and prayer. "January 6 was one of the darkest days in our democracy," said press secretary Jen Psaki.

Farmers To Hold Protests To Mark One Year Of Farmers' Movement

To mark the one year of the farmers' movement against the three farm laws, Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) is organising protests in various states, on November 26. At Delhi borders, thousands of farmers will reportedly come and protest. Farmers of states such as Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Bihar will join rallies planned by SKM. Notably, PM Narendra Modi already announced that the Centre will repeal the laws.

IndiGo Offers Special Discounts On Booking To Mark Their 15th Anniversary

To celebrate their 15th anniversary, India's largest air carrier IndiGo announced a special discount on ticket bookings between August 4 - 6, starting from Rs 915. On sharing the news, IndioGo CEO Ronojay Dutta said, ''We'd like to express our gratitude towards our customers and employees.''  However, customers can only avail of the discount by booking the ticket to travel between September 1, 2021, to March 26, 2022.
