US scientist Dr Anthony Fauci has accused President Donald Trump of using his comments out of context. Reportedly, a part of Fauci's statement, where he mentioned that he "can't imagine that anybody could be doing more" against COVID-19, was misattributed to Trump and used for election campaigns. Dr Fauci said, "I have never publicly endorsed any political candidate." However, Trump and his campaign manager have denied the accusations.
