BAFTA 2021: Anthony Hopkins Wins Best Actor, Nomadland Best Film
Netflix's The White Tiger-famed Adarsh Gourav lost the 'Best Actor' award to Hollywood veteran Anthony Hopkins at British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). Earning his fourth BAFTA award, Hopkins, aged 83 was honoured for his performance in Florian Zeller's 'The Father'. Chinese director Chloe Zhao's US recession drama 'Nomadland' also swept four awards from six nominations including Best Film, Best Actress and Best Director.

Oscar Nominated 'The Father' Starring Anthony Hopkins To release In India
Filmmaker Florian Zeller's sixth 93rd Oscar nomination winning drama 'The Father' is all set for its India release on April 23. Starring Hollywood legend Anthony Hopkins, the movie is adapted from the critically acclaimed play "La Pere" and is nominated in categories like Best Film, Best Actor and Best Screenplay. The movie is based on a father-daughter duo whose relationship is put to test as the father develops dementia.
