Anti-Gangster Task Force

Near Punjab's Amritsar, an encounter broke out between Punjab police officials and two unidentified assailants, on July 20. The assailants are reportedly suspects in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case. The encounter occurred after the Punjab Anti-Gangster Task Force tailed the two men in Bhakna village. Following the incident, the area has been cordoned off and people have been asked to stay indoors.
