Sri Lanka Removes State Of Emergency After 2 Weeks; Faces Tremendous Economic Riots
The Sri Lankan government removed the state of emergency on May 21, approximately two weeks after it was implemented across the country in response to huge anti-government and economic riots. President Gotabaya Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka had announced a state of emergency on May 6. The decision was made in order to enhance the situation in terms of law and order.

Thousands Of People Protest Against Communist Govt In Cuba
With the severe shortage of electricity and food as well as the ongoing economic crisis in 30 years, anti-communist government protests erupted across Cuba.
