Swaminarayan Temple In Canada Vandalised; Anti-Indian Slogans Scribbled On Walls
The Swaminarayan temple situated in Canada’s Toronto has been vandalised, with anti-Indian slogans scribbled on the walls of the temple. Following the incident, the Indian High Commission condemned the incident and urged Canadian authorities to take prompt actions. A video which took rounds on social media, shows the slogan “Khalistan Zindabad” spray painted on the walls of the temple.

Union Govt Orders To Block Anti-Indian Websites And YouTube Channels
The Central Government, on December 21, banned two news websites and 20 YouTube channels, posting 'Anti-National' content. The Union Ministry directed the Telecom and YouTube department to block the sites, ivoking emergency provisions of the Information Technology Rules, 2021, reported The Times of India. High Court Refuses to Hear PIL Against Twitter Over Promoting Anti-India
The Delhi High Court, on September 30, refused to hear a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against Twitter India, filed by Sangeeta Sharma, claiming the social media website is promoting anti-India sentiments on its platform. Justices Hima Kohli and Subramoniam Prasad noted that the issues, as of now, have not been informed to the Central Government and advised the petitioner to approach the Centre first.
