Delhi Police Detain Alleged President Of 'Hindu Force': Jantar Mantar
Delhi police have arrested Deepak Singh Hindu from his house on August 9 for allegedly raising inflammatory and anti-Muslim slogans at Jantar Mantar on August 8. He claimed to be the president of a "Hindu Force". Supposedly, former BJP spokesperson Ashwini Upadhyay, who was detained as well, had called for the protest against "Colonial-era laws". "Police are questioning Deepak about others at the event,” an SPO stated.
