Study Reveals COVID Antibodies Could Last For Over 5 Months

Amid COVID-19 reinfections, a study has asserted that the antibodies produced against the coronavirus are "relatively stable for at least five months". The study analysed over 30,000 patients and found that 90% participants produced strong antibody response to fight the virus and antibodies remained for "many months". American Pharma Pauses Trials of Potential COVID-19 Treatment

American Pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly, which was running trials of a potential "antibody treatment" for COVID-19 has paused its trials. Reportedly, the trials were approved by the US Government and the treatment was based on the use of "monoclonal antibodies". Reports suggest that the trial was paused owing to "potential safety concerns". Though the company confirmed the news, it did not reveal the exact cause.
