After releasing the first look of Kangana Ranaut as PM Indira Ganshi, the makers of Emergency, have unveiled the poster of important character in the film, activist, socialist, theorist and politician, JP Narayan. Delhi Police Asked To Tighten Security Following Release Of 'The Kashmir Files'
The DCPs of Delhi have been asked to take precautionary measures in the areas with mixed population to avoid riots following the screening of 'The Kashmir Files'. A letter from DCP (special branch) mentioned, the brutality of the movie setting, which depicts the killing of Kashmiri Pandits by Muslims. Reportedly, the movie is believed to have hurt the communal sentiments of some parts of the country.

'The Kashmir Files' To Release On March 11 After Bombay HC Dismiss Stay Plea
The Bombay HC dismissed a plea seeking stay on the release of the 'The Kashmir Files' on March 9. HC Chief Justice Dipankar Datta reviewed the PIL, which said, Vivek Agnihotri's film is hurting religious sentiments of the Islamic community. However, Datta said that the petitioner has not challenged CBFC and dismissed his plea. The movie stars Anupam Kher and Mithun Chakraborty, is set to release on March 11.

NY City International Film Festival Awards Anupam Kher With Best Actor
Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher has been given the Best Actor Award for his short film "Happy Birthday" at the New York City International Film Festival on May 7.
