Actress Anushka Sharma is set to be seen on "big screen" in an upcoming project "Chakda Xpress". Directed by Prosit Roy, in the movie Anushka will play character of cricketer and former Captain of Indian Women Cricket Team Jhulan Goswami. "It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice," said Anushka. The upcoming "Chakda Express" is scheduled to release on OTT platform, Netflix.

#InThisTogether Campaign: Virat, Anushka Donate Rs 2 Cr For COVID-Relief

Cricketer Virat Kohli and his actress-wife Anushka Sharma have contributed Rs 2 crore towards India's COVID relief fund through #InThisTogether campaign. The donation comes in collaboration with public-funding platform Ketto that aims to raise Rs 7 crore in total. The campaign will last for seven days and the amount raised will be forwarded to the ACT Grants, which is the implementation partner of the initiative.
