Asia's Most Expensive Apartment Sold For HK$640 Million: Hong Kong

Hong Kong's luxury housing market boosted as Wharf Holdings Ltd and Nan Fung Development Ltd's HK apartment at Mount Nicholson was sold fror HK$640 million. The apartment has three parking areas, measuring 442 sq metres. It is reported to be the most expensive apartment per sq foot in Asia. The sale has broken the record of CK Asset Holdings Ltd, which was sold for HK$136,000.

Actor Michael K Williams Found Dead; Police Suspects Drug Overdose 

American Actor, Michael K Williams was found dead in his New York Apartment on September 6. The 54-year-old actor's death was confirmed by one of his family members, said police. However, the cause of the death has not been revealed, but a drug overdose possibility is being speculated. The actor was best known for his films like, "The Wire," "12 Years a Slave," and "The Road."

Hrithik Roshan Spends Rs 97.5 Crore To Buy Sea-facing Apartment In Mumbai

Actor Hrithik Roshan has purchased two sea-facing apartments for Rs 97.50 crore in a building, named 'Mannat', in Mumbai. Reportedly, the actor plans to merge the two apartments, of which one is a penthouse. Besides, he has also been offered an exclusive lift, 6,500 square-feet terrace and 10 car-parking slots. However, there are no reports of Hrithik moving into the apartments anytime soon as it is still under construction.
