Argentina Approves Bill For Legalizing Abortion up to 14 week of pregnancy

Argentina, one of the largest Latin American countries has 'legalized abortions up to the 14th week of pregnancy', after a 12 long hours of session on December 30. The senate gave 38 votes in favor, 29 against, and one abstention. The pro and anti-abortion activists had gathered in front of the capital Buenos Aires to have their voices heard.  "Every outcast is a child of God", Pope Francis, an Argentinian tweeted before the debate.

Kerala Businessman To Build Museum With Maradona's Golden Statue

Kerala's Chemmanur Group Chairman Bobby Chemmanur has announced the construction of a museum in Kerala or Kolkata to pay homage to the late Argentinian footballer Diego Maradona. Named as "Hand of God", the museum will have a golden statue replicating Maradona's crucial goal in the 1986 World Cup. Saudi Arabia Cancels Flights From India Due To COVID-19

Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) suspended flights from India, Argentina and Brazil indefinitely due to increase in COVID cases, except for official visits. Reportedly, people who visited these three countries in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter Saudi either. One of the Indian airline officials said, “We hope that the Government intervenes and talks with Saudi to revoke the suspension.”

Football: PSG Trio Neymar, Di Maria and Leandro Paredes Test COVID-19 Positive

According to sources, Brazilian footballer Neymar, 28, has tested positive for coronavirus on September 2. His club teammates from the Paris Saint-Germain,  Angel Di Maria and Leandro Paredes, have also tested positive for COVID-19. Neymar has been quarantined for the next 14 days and will not be playing the first two matches of the PSG. Besides, Di Maria and Paredes are in self-isolation as well.
