Assamese Actor Kishor Das Passes Away Due To Cancer
Kishor Das, 30-year-old Assamese actor, died on July 3 following a year-long fight with cancer. Since March, Kishor Das has been getting cancer treatment at a Chennai hospital. According to reports, he was also infected with COVID-19 at the time of his death. Kishor's last rituals will be held in Chennai. However, according to COVID-19 rules, his mortal remains could not be returned to his homeland of Kamrup in Assam.

Papon's New Song 'Tomaar Kathaa' Speaks About Obstinacy Of Love
Music composer and singer Angarag Mahanta, popularly known as Papon, released a new love song "Tomaar Kathaa" on October 5. The song, penned by Keshabnayan, speaks about the stubbornness of love. Papon, while honouring Keshabnayan, said, "He has created this beautiful and sweet melody and I wish him all the best for his future endeavours." The love song is produced by Scarlet Creations.
