A 30-year-old man was killed by two men in north Delhi’s Sadar Bazar area in the wee hours on Tuesday, a Delhi Police official said. The deceased, identified as Samir, a resident of Sultanpuri, was working as a field boy for an online company. On Tuesday around 1:17 a.m., the police received information that a person was lying injured on the road. A case is registered for further investigation.
In a viral video, a man was attacked after he allegedly sat on the reserved seat for Lord Hanumana, during a show of "Adipurush". It is to be noted, as per the mythology belief that Hanumana comes when there is a story recited of Ramanayana, and the director asked to reserve a seat. However, in Bhramaramba Theater a man sat on the seat, resulting in chaos during the show.
After the recent attack on doctor, the Kerala government announced more measures to assuage their concerns, including setting up of a panel to address the fraternity's long-pending demands. Notably, Dr Vandana Das, a native of Kaduthuruthy area of Kottayam district and the only child of her parents, was stabbed several times. She later succumbed to her injuries. Following the attack, protests erupted in various hospitals across the state.

In Gujarat, Congress MLA and tribal leader Anant Patel was beaten and attacked by unknown goons on October 7. After the attack, Patel took a dig at the BJP and said, "The Chief of Zila Panchayat and his goons vandalized my car and beat me up when I was reaching Khergam. They said you are becoming a leader being an Adivasi." Moreover, Congress protested and demanded the arrest of culprits.
In Jammu & Kashmir, fresh attacks on Kashmiri Pandits were reportedly attacked. On August 15, the attack comes amid an outcry over Kashmiri Pandits being targeted. Sunil Kumar Bhat and Pintoo Kumar Bhat, the victims, were brothers from the village of Chotigam, who came under attack in an apple orchard in the Shopian neighbourhood of Chotipora. Sunil allegedly passed away after being shot, whereas Pintoo is undergoing treatment.
Toll plaza bouncers at Gurugram-Sohna road allegedly beat up a couple, on July 28. The incident occurred when Ritu Yadav was traveling in a car with her husband and children from Raisina to Maruti Kunj. As per sources, she asked the toll workers to remove the barricade and let her go. Ritu then got down from the car and tried to remove the barricade by herself, when she was attacked.

In Uttar Pradesh's Kahoba village,Gonda seven people, including four women, were arrested for allegedly attacking police officials. Former Japanese PM Shinzo Abe succumbed to injuries, after being shot, on July 8. The 67-year-old leader was attacked by Tetsuya Yamagami, who has been arrested, while he was making a speech in the western city of Nara. “Officials say former Japanese prime minister Abe Shinzo has been confirmed dead. He was reportedly shot during a speech on Friday in the city of Nara, near Kyoto,” confirmed local media.
Former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe fell unconscious after being attacked by unidentified men in Western Japan's Nara City. As per local media reports, gunshots were heard and Abe was found unconscious on July 8. The police arrested the attacker, who targeted the former PM from behind when Abe was giving a stump speech on the streets of the city. Further details behind the attack are awaited.
