Attempt To Murder

In the United States, Florida, 33-year-old John Dimmig allegedly beat wife's lover with a bat. On July 7, John went to an Airbnb and caught his wife, Christie Barbato, in bed with a colleague, a CT technician.  In anger, the accused started beating John and is now facing an attempt to murder charges. ""I felt like he was trying to murder me," said the accused. A case is registered for investigation. 

In a shocking incident, a teenager, Sai Varshith Kandula, an Indin-Origin resident of the USA, allegedly drove a truck to the White House, to murder United States President Joe Biden. The White House Security official apprehended the boy and charged him with an attempt to murder of Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris. After an initial investigation, the accused confessed his crime and said to be a believer of German Nazis.

In Tamil Nadu's Vellore, D Sathish Kumar (21) slit a 19-year-old nursing student's throat after his marriage proposal was rejected. Reportedly, the couple were in a relationship for three years, after which, the boy's family approached the girl's family with a marriage proposal. After the proposal was rejected, the agitated boy slit her throat near a bus stand. She was immediately admitted to a hospital, and is reportedly out of danger.

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) completed the probe of the Lakhimpur Violent Case and demanded "attempt to murder" charges for the accused. "The incident was a deliberate act and not of negligence and callousness," said SIT and moved the Court asking to add severa charges. BJP leader Ajay Mishra's son Ashish and 12 others have been accused of running over an SUV over eight people including four farmers in Lakhimpur.
