With 12.5 degrees Celsius Delhi Experiences Coldest October Day Since 1994
With winter setting in, Delhi recorded a distinctly low temperature of 12.5°C on October 29. While the average temperature during October is at 15°C-16°C, the current temperature has been the lowest since 1994. Delhi had recorded 12.3°C in 1994 and the all-time low temperature remains 9.4°C recorded in 1937. Experts attribute the present low temperatures to the absence of cloud cover and calm winds.
