International Flight Operation Ban Extended Till Jan 31: DGCA

The Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on December 9, announced extending the ban on international flights till January 31. The Indian Civil Aviation Ministry decided to extend the ban in view of Covid-19's new variant Omicron. However, the flight operation under Vande Bharat, selected routes with lower cases of Covid-19. Initially, the international flights were scheduled to resume from December 15.
