In a bizarre incident, an airline served one banana as a meal for a passenger, said to be a vegan. Kris Chari, who was travelling with Jakarta Airlines, from Indonesia-Tokyo, in seven-hour flight, tweeted, "It's a bit insulting to be served a single banana while others are given a far more substantial and flavorful menu." On the menu, non-vegans were given seared tuna, cheese with orange salsa, sandwich, salad, vegan-cheese

In a bizarre incident, a depressed man from Lowa consumed bananas wrapped in condoms. The incident was confirmed on January 30, when the 34-year-man suffered serious health hazards and experience severe abdominal pain. The man was discharged three days after the removal of unusual intake and also made it to the medical journals for being the world’s first case of its kind.

India To Now Export Banana & Baby Corn To Canada, Receives Market Access
India has received market access to export fresh bananas to Canada with immediate effect. Also, in a month, following a technical update, India will also start exporting baby corn to Canada. The decision has been taken after negotiations were carried out between Agriculture Secretary Manoj Ahuja and Canadian High Commissioner HE Cameron Mackay, on April 7. The move is expected to benefit the Indian farmers abundantly.
